The personal data you provide us with will be kept for as long as our contractual or commercial relationship is maintained. However from the date of termination of our contractual or commercial relationship your data will be retained:

• ONE YEAR those derived from internet connections made to our website, e-mail and voice telephone calls, instant messaging, SMS or MMS.

If you are our customer, your data will be kept:

• FOUR YEARS for tax purposes. The accounting books and other obligatory registers according to the corresponding tax regulations (IRPF, IVA, IS, etc) as well as the documentary supports that justify the annotations registered in the books.
• SIX YEARS. The personal data included in the obligatory books, documentation and supporting documents concerning my professional activity in accordance with the Commercial Code will be kept.

WHO CAN EXERCISE THE RIGHTS?

The rights of the interested parties are very personal, therefore, they will be exercised by the owner of the data, duly accrediting his identity (for this purpose he will be asked for his DNI or equivalent).

It may also be exercised through legal representation, in which case, in addition to the DNI of the interested party or equivalent, DNI and authentic document accrediting the representation of the third party must be provided.

WHAT WILL BE OUR OBLIGATION WHEN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING IS EXERCISED?

The data controller must reply to the request addressed to him in any case, regardless of whether or not the personal data of the data subject or data subject appear in his processing.

In the event that the request does not meet the specified requirements, the data controller must request the correction thereof.

The data controller shall reply to the requests within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We have several sections on our website in which there are forms for collecting personal data that are necessary to provide the services you request.
